I'm A Rockateer

Remember how Vaish and I went to Women In Science day at Macquarie Uni? Well there was something we were gonna present at assembly but the next one is term 2 week 10 so I'll just let you guys in about it. Theres this condition called Synesthesia. Its motherfreaking cool and I'm not sure if I'd like to have it because you'd seem a freak of a genius to everyone else but just the different way of thinking is amazing. Anyway, it's a condition where you don't see things the way they are, for example; the words SYNESTHESIA may be in different colours or in numbers and that is how you read, perceive and remember it. You know those extraordinary people who can multiply 384655191 X 395756288 , and get the number out in a few seconds? I BELIEVE THEY HAVE SYNESTHESIA!! All the numbers are in colours and just make a formation in their brain, and all they have to do is read off it. Well, that's my prediction.

This week hasn't been such a good one and I haven't been feeling my best, but that's not because I'm sick- (btw Im almost better!) So I was on the train yesterday and took a few wrong turns, literally, because we took the train going to central instead of epping, but when we got to epping, had to wait for 15 mins in the underground platform where the silence is deathly. I had a bit of time to think that every emotional journey is like taking trains- you can always go back to where you want to be, it just wont be too soon :D So I'm sorry if I've been a bit scratchy lately, you definitely be seeing a more cheerful me tomorrow.

Avril Lavigne was performing on sunrise this morning and I thought 'Oh it'll probably be What the Hell cos that was her most recent hit'. But it turns out she's promoting her new album by performing a song that was a hit 3 years ago. So she performs Girlfriend. Seriously, What. The. Hell. Anyway after her performance, there's an ad break and Hungry Jacks has a stunner? deal for $4.95 and the ad features a guy pretending to be on 'Who Wants to be A Millionaire?' and instead of taking the 1 million, he takes the $5. Then the narrator goes 'you never thought $5 could mean so much blah blah blah..' And I thought, wouldn't you WANT the million dollars cos then you could get exactly 200 000 stunner deals, instead of ONE? IS THAT IMPLYING THAT JUST ONE STUNNER DEAL IS ENOUGH? What the hell man.

Thirsty

HOORAY I GOT A NEW BLAZER TODAY!! Its a size 14 ( 85)  and second hand but whatever, it was only FIFTY BUCKS! I decided on keeping my old one cos the lady said it probably wouldn't run that much because of all the badge holes LOL. So now at home, I have four, yes FOUR blazers including this new one cos my brother had 2 of those furry ones which are yucky. And since it's so old, it looks quite like Hogwarts Robes D:  Yes, you can tell me that I'm a noob cos now I have another problem, my jumper is a size 18 and its a bit tight under the size 14 blazer ==

Oh and I'm really psyched for musical because it means I have a reason to buy make up products! DID YOU KNOW there are special brushes for your eyebrows? And theres also some kind of 'glue' to set them? Totally gonna experiment with that ^^ I was watching bubzbeauty channel on youtube and one of her tutorials reminded me of women who draw in their eyebrows. So being a little crazy, I took one of my mums pencils and filled in mine ( cos I hardly have eyebrows) and..umm..drag queen much =S

My dad is having an endoscopy tomorrow and he can't eat for a day and a half, and has to drink 2L of this yellow cordial looking thing. I remembered that he had this done a few years ago, and I came home from school UBER thirsty, so I looked in the fridge and found a 2L jug of this stuff and started drinking it myself. And I drank A LOT of it-practically a quarter of the jug in one go. Little did I know that this was STOMACH CLEANSING BOWEL EMPTYING fluid and OMG ASDFK.
A similar incident happened like last year when I was in my mum's surgery. The receptionist was a diabetic and she had to keep one of those poppa juices in the fridge in case she went hypoglycaemic. And I was thirsty after school, so I boldly took that poppa, thinking THAT'S MINE and drank it. I don't know what would have happened if she fainted or something. I'm a bad child aren't I?
Anyway, point is: if you see something that looks irregular or just out of whack, DONT FRIGGEN TOUCH IT. IT'S NOT YOURS! Even though I was so bloody innocent, I could've caused something so unforgivable.
Cool experiences to learn from.

Anyway, I think its time for some shut-eye. I don't think I'll be playing sport tomorrow =( but I'm sure us cricketers are zone champs WOOT. And Vaish can you get rid of the sparkly trail mouse thingy?

Life Is 'Totally Awesome'

On the internet because I totally felt like blogging  and because I am on a post high from stuff in life not-sucking (:
1) My lost phone has been found and identified (: I HAVE A PHONE. And I dont even have to go pick it up, my dad volunteered to :D

2) My teeth arent screwed for all eternity :D Long story. But this is goood (Y)

3) Something cool happened. Thankyou thankyou thankyou amazingly nice parents! Was completely expecting a no, and I wouldve agreed if it was a no, but they said YES which is amazing (: (I realise I'm being fairly vague here . . )  Love those random moments when your parents are WAY-too nice.
4) After Wednesday, I'll have a life! Yes, this brightens my day.

5) I ran today. You have no idea how good running feels. And stretching.

No downers - well there probably are but Im too estatic to be thinking about them :D

Gods, I love that feeling of having a good day.

Rewarded

OMG I was watching Ice Age and all of a sudden 'Send me on my way' by Rusted Root ( its a song) came on in a scene. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RuV2agQPgps. HOLY WHO REMEMBERS THIS SONG? Anyway, I tried doing Earth Hour- I really did. I was in the kitchen watching Get Smart on my laptop and all the lights were off. All of a sudden my mother storms in and rages WHY ARE THE LIGHTS ALL OFF? Before proceeding to turn them all back on again. As I said, I tried.

Anyway, today I stayed at home to do all the work from school and I did work the entire day surprisingly ;D But my day just got better when my mummy came home with a little present for me ^^ She bought me a pack of pentel metallic pens and pentel pastel pens. For those who don't know, THOSE BEAUTIFUL GEL PENS IN TWO DIFFERENT THEMES! And like a little girl I took them out of the pack, only one at at time, tested them with my signature then put it back, in its exact place- because you know, you wouldn't want the order to go out of whack. Wow, I really haven't been acquainted with Gel Pens for a long time..nor with receiving a present from the rents o.O

At musical, I notice that the chorus isn't loud enough at times, but just before the 'can can' bit with the big arm wave, every one goes 'da na na na na na..et.c' and if I am correct, it's not even supposed to be sung ;)
