omnomnom

the title is a result of my extreme boredom. which is a result of PHYS NQE tomorrow. oh noes D: .

ANYWAYS:
heeellooo! (: havent blogged in a while.
but, vaish is backkk :D! woooo, i can feel the happiness from here :P

lol.
a while ago, i found about this personality test on SHELLEY'S blog, and looked up and its awesome! i think in theory it should work, but give it a go. google 'cube personality test'. and if it doesnt, hilarious result anyways(:

HBD alice, samuel, suraj! have great birthdays guys(:

warning: here on in its pretty much craaaap :D

today, i decided that i shall have a castle tower protuding from my (future) house when i grow up. LOL, so unrealistic, but hey i can dream. AND the castle room would be filled with books and comfy, with a fireplace (electrically generated) but you can go on the the top (like a roof / second floor) and you can see the stars at night. ITS SO AWESOME IN MY HEAD.

and finally, everyone go visit JEFF AND MAX's blog (go blogroll on the right of this screen) and read the totally MINDBLOWING typy blog thing that jeff wrote about time. hurts my headd D:
also:
if a guy travelled at the speed of light for 20 years (travelled form earth, to a star and back) by the time he returned to earth, h would not have aged at all, but everyone on earth would have aged 20 years.
NOW, IMAGINE THIS. took me ages, until i graphed it in my head. here is example of graph provided below :

in this graph:
1) the two people grow at the same rate
2) each space represents a year.

so, blue dude travelles for 8 years at light speed, therefore travelling for no time at all. so hes travelling at no time at all for eight years. coundlt that jsut mean he's frozen in time for eight years? if the speed of light defines time, and travelling faster than the speed of light means you're travelling into the past, if he travels at teh speed of light he is frozen in time yes? but LIGHT travels at the speed of light, yet it takes it 8 seconds to reach earth from the sun. shouldnt it take no time at all?
AH SO CONFUSED.

anyways, pictures :D simple, easy, NOT challenging problems about time travel and the future related, pictures as well :D

(:

LOL. touche

MOOSE THEORY. ( so HAH, lokshu, you non believer :P)

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

LOL. THE DOUBLE-RAINBOW GUY IS HILARIOUS. (youtube hit sensation. LISTEN TO THE SONG!)

now, time for phys studying D:

french: au revoir
italian: ciao
Jap: sayonara
Mandarin: zai jian
Canto: Joi gin

im so fluent :D
lol, bye

  1. ummm if someone is travelling at the speed of light for 20 years... doesnt that just mean he's going really far away? it doesnt mean he's frozen in time...

  2. YES VAISH I LOVE THE TIME-LIGHT THEORY THING.

Though its only a theory that exceeding the speed of light will make you go back in time. And to be honest, no-one really cares about the time travelling theory because it's been deemed impossible to travel faster than the speed of light =D.

Maybe they just tacked two things that are impossible together and let them explain each other for their impossibility. Man I'm such a controversialist.

  3. uhh if you travel at the speed of light for 20 years doesnt that just mean you travel 20 light years in 20 years...that doesnt mean the person doesnt age...? =/

the time-light theory is coool :D imagine being on earth then somehow getting to a distant planet 10 light years away in 1 second and looking back at earth...as it was 10 years ago :D

  4. Vaish I had a think about this.

Yeah the person doesn't age "nothing". He ages for however many years he was in that space craft. However, since he travelled at, or close to, the speed of light, the craft spends less time existing, compared to the rest of the universe.

So light doesn't stop time, it just "ages" less than the rest of the universe. But no-one cares about the age of light, so it's irrelevant =D
